MAYA Nadeem is the Founder and CEO of reCollaborate, an agile consulting firm skilled in working with high-growth companies and high-impact entrepreneurs.
Maya Nadeem is the Founder and CEO of reCollaborate, an agile consulting firm skilled in working with high-growth companies and high-impact entrepreneurs. With over two decades of leadership experience working with organizations who are experiencing hypergrowth, Maya thrives in the areas of strategic business advancement, organizational development, talent acquisition and execution of effective long-term strategy. Operationally savvy, Maya draws her intricate knowledge from a deep understanding of cross-functional processes and systems supporting scalability, enhancement of service offerings, and client base diversification.
Prior to reCollaborate, Maya was Chief Growth Officer for a large independent real estate brokerage with over $2 billion in annual sales, where she was a critical contributor to the company’s momentum of unprecedented growth and expansion in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. Spearheading the company’s organizational development and growth strategies, Maya was able to pioneer many initiatives from expanding the brokerage’s market footprint, to creation of a talent acquisition system, to sales team and leadership development. Additionally, Maya supported the launch of a core services platform encompassing title and mortgage joint ventures.
Maya also served as a Vice President for an integrated real estate services firm with over $115 million in annual revenue, dedicated to enhancing the fabric of life in America’s urban neighborhoods through the strategic development, management, and sale of residential and
commercial real estate. In this position, she utilized her wide range of real estate knowledge and executional skill to support enterprise operations, corporate communications, as well as build and launch eMpower Neighborhoods, a national thought leadership platform enhancing efforts to transform lives, careers, and communities through real estate. During this time, she also served as a communications and marketing consultant for a large region of real estate franchises encompassing 28 office locations and over 4,300 sales agents and led branding and marketing efforts for the creation of a core service mortgage affiliate.
In addition, Maya also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for a Maryland-based sales team turned thriving full-service real estate brokerage. Overseeing company operations at a high level, Maya’s work helped to scale the organization from $100 million to over $1 billion in closed sales volume, increasing talent as well as office locations. Along with spearheading the successful transition and rebrand of the company from sales team to brokerage, Maya facilitated the defining of the new organizational structure and company guidelines, established a progressive sales commission framework, as well as orchestrated the internal and external marketing strategies and formal communications. She conceptualized and established an elevated sales training platform exclusively offered to brokerage agents consisting of best practices as well as a hands-on interactive curriculum to increase sales, marketing, and technology knowledge, resulting in key takeaways that enhanced overall performance.
